What are your office hours?

Our office hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Where is Stoll Rug & Furniture Cleaners located?

We are located approximately 1/2 mile north of Laskey Road on the East side of Lewis Avenue. Almost directly across from the city fire station. The building is white and blue with a red stripe. Our office address is 5240 Lewis Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43612.

How do you price for professional carpet cleaning?

We price by the square foot actually cleaned. We believe this to be the best and fairest way for both the customer and Stoll Rug & Furniture Cleaners. When only pathways are necessary to be cleaned, we will measure these areas and give you a firm quote prior to starting the job.

Can I arrange an appointment on the Weekend or in the Evening?

These times are available when absolutely necessary. Frequently these time are used for commercial & industrial jobs. For additional information please contact us.

Do you move furniture?

Yes we do move furniture. However there are some limitations on what we can move when cleaning your carpet. If you have additional questions or are unsure about something feel free to contact us. We would be more than happy to assist you and let you know if it is something that we can handle.

How do you dispose of the water collected when you clean my carpet / furniture?

The water is collected in the waste water tank on our truck. This water is disposed of in the sanitary sewer in our plant. This conforms with the EPA regulations and requirements for disposal of hazardous waste.

Do you clean leather upholstery?

Yes, we can and do clean leather upholstery frequently. We can clean at our offices or on location. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

Can you remove freshly spilled paint?

It depends on the kind of paint and the amount of paint that was spilled. If the paint is latex, and the amount is not too great, it sometimes can be removed in its entirely, but there usually will be some residue of the paint remaining. The damaged carpet can sometimes be removed and replaced with a new piece from a remnant or a piece salvaged from a closet. This normally will require a professional to do the work.

Do you clean lawn furniture or boat cushions?

Yes we can. We would be more than happy to clean your outdoor lawn furniture or boat cushions for you.These items are all cleaned and then treated with 3M Scotchgard™ when requested.

Do you clean the interior of vans, motor homes, or travel trailers?

Yes we clean the interior of vans, motor homes, and travel trailers on a regular basis. We know that your vehicle upholstery can get dirty from regular use. Contact us today and one of our representatives can help you.

Can I have just my cushion covers cleaned?

Yes, but keep the covers on the cushion. If you remove the covers and launder them or have them cleaned, the likelihood of shrinkage is great. If that happens, it will be nearly impossible to get the covers back on the cushion. Always bring in the cushion with the cover on the cushion to avoid this problem.

Can you make new fitted carpet pieces for my boat or travel trailer?

Yes, these are commonly done in our offices. We have years of experience binding, serging, and created the perfect size carpet pieces for your vehicles.

Do you apply binding to unfinished carpet pieces?

Yes, this is done regularly and we maintain a supply of binding in many colors. If we don’t have one in stock it can be obtained in short order from our supplier.

Can the fringe on my rug be repaired or replaced?

Yes, but it might not match exactly in style or color. We do stock many colors and styles, but it is impossible to have everything in stock. However, when necessary, we can order from our suppliers and get quick delivery. Fringe can also be added to an area rug to improve the appearance.
